The latest Otter update improves meeting notes and adds a calendar March 31, 2022by Martin 6 Otter has introduced an update to its widely used transcription service that looks to show just how useful it can be for collaborative meetings and meetings. The change means that using the integration it added with the likes of Zoom and Google Meet last year will provide further rewards. First, the program gets a new calendar system to allow you to keep meetings active for the future, so you can move forward and backward in time and check the meeting notes generated from it. Those notes also get better with a new system called Meeting Gems, which adds quick bullet points where Otter shows you key discussion moments or agreed-upon action points.
The new beta starts in the browser only at the beginning as C Level Executive List well as after the meeting concepts are finished, so you can quickly look at what was discussed without having to study the full transcript, which is impressive if it works well. Finally, it will be easier to add screenshots to your notes from meetings, so you can add visuals to your summaries without creating your documents, which will be even more useful. The update is now rolling out to the Otter browser version and will be coming to both Android and iOS in the next few weeks, apparently ending with a rollout for everyone by May 2022.
